Our landlord wants documentation. What do you provide?

You receive the CAD layout, beam elevation details, anchored-to-floor details, and capacity ratings for the installed system, which is what most landlords ask for.

What aisle width do I need?

It is set by the lift truck you run: a counterbalance truck usually needs about 12 to 13 feet, a reach truck about 8 to 10, and very-narrow-aisle equipment about 5 to 6. Aisle width drives density more than almost anything else in the layout.

Selective or high-density for a wide SKU range?

Selective, in most cases. When you carry many part numbers and pick daily, direct access to every position saves more labor than density saves floor space.

Can you install without disrupting an attached office?

Yes. Installation is contained to the warehouse side, and crews can work off-hours if noise during business hours is a concern.

How long from quote to installed system?

Standard components move through our 48-hour quick ship program. Lead time for high-density or non-standard sizes is confirmed on the quote, and installation timing depends on bay count and site readiness.

Novi, Michigan

Industrial Pallet Racks & Warehouse Racking in Novi, MI

Novi warehouses are usually the working half of a supplier or distribution office, and the space is nicer than most — clean floors, good clear height, and a landlord who cares what gets bolted down.

That calls for a layout that is planned rather than improvised. We produce a CAD drawing with pallet positions, elevations, and aisle widths, and install a system that is anchored, tagged, and documented for your records.

Pallet Rack Solutions for Novi Warehouses

Buildings along Beck Road and the I-96 corridor are newer, which means the constraints are usually lease terms and how the space is finished rather than the structure itself.

We work with those realities: keeping beam elevations clear of overhead obstructions, anchoring to the floor, and documenting the installed system for your records.

Novi operations also tend to hold a wide part-number range in a modest footprint. Selective racking with a well-planned pick face usually beats a dense system here, because the cost of a hard-to-reach pallet is higher than the cost of an aisle.

What a Pallet Rack Project Looks Like

Design starts with your pallet profile, maximum weight per position, SKU count, clear height, overhead obstruction locations, and the lift equipment you run. That produces a CAD layout with position counts, beam elevations, and aisle widths, alongside itemized pricing.

Selective pallet racking handles wide SKU counts with direct access. Carton flow supports case picking, pallet flow rotates dated stock first-in, first-out, and push back adds density where you hold depth of the same item.

Wire decking, pallet supports, and protection accessories are quoted with the system rather than added later. Crews anchor, plumb, level, and capacity-tag each bay during installation, which is typically scheduled around your shipping hours.

You finish with drawings, rated capacities, and a local contact for added bays, replacement components, and layout changes as the product line grows.
